I am happy to build the Softball web pages for the 2009 season to promote Softball in Region-One. However, as spread out as Region-One is lots of help will be needed to keep the page accurate and up to date. Updated information will be accepted from anyone willing to send it (athletes, coaches or fans). Below are some things I would like to see happen with the page:

• As soon as they become available, send a copy (either e-mail or fax) of your Softball teams “DISTRICT” schedule for the building of the District Results page. Teams that I still need schedules for are listed in the red boxes below.

• During the season I would like to be updated with each teams “Overall” record so that portion of the Softball web page would be correct.

• Also, during the regular season I would like to post results of the teams games and tournament play on a weekly basis if there is enough interest. It has been pretty well proven that you cannot find Class AA scores online but if a majority of folks are willing to send their teams scores to me they will be posted.

• When district starts someone/anyone from each team needs to send me the results of their games. It is very important to let me know if you are reporting a boy's game score or a girls game score. An example would be, Anthony boy's defeated Tornillo 50-49. At a minimum just a note that says Anthony boys defeated Tornillo would be appreciated. All results sent before 10pm on the the day the games are played will be updated that evening. All other results will be updated as they are received and time allows.

• When your Districts post-season accolades are sent out please have someone e-mail or fax them to me so we can get these young men and their coaches recognized.

Your ideas are invaluable. If you have an idea you think would improve this web page let me know and it will definately be considered. If we all work together we can make the Basketball web page a success this season and for years to come. Terry
